Our 84-year-old dad was diagnosed with dementia this year. My sister and I took care of him during quarantine while trying to find the perfect home for him. Not exactly the ideal time to search for senior homes during a pandemic when all senior homes are running rampant with coronavirus. After months and months of searching high and low for the perfect Covid-free assisted living home with memory care, we found Valley Vista Senior Living. First off, the [community] is GORGEOUS! Our specialist truly went above and beyond in every way. She made sure we felt supported and at ease throughout our entire experience. Dad has been there for almost a month now. All the caretakers have been exceptional with him. I couldn’t be more grateful to know he’s in such good hands. I would recommend Valley Vista to everyone I know!

It took me a long time to decide whether or not to place my father in a memory care unit. I didn’t feel anyone could take care of him as well as I could – until dad and I arrived at Valley Vista Senior Living. Upon entering this 5-star hotel-like ambience, one feels at home immediately. The sales and marketing assistant at Valley Vista was the “icing on the cake.” She is extremely professional, yet compassionate and caring. She went to great lengths to make sure my father and I were treated with the utmost dignity and respect. She very patiently answered all of our questions and quickly put us at ease. We also met some of the other staff members and took a tour of the Community. I have to say, after visiting many other assisted living communities, I didn’t have to think twice about entrusting my dad’s care to such wonderful and caring people at Valley Vista Senior Living.

This place is amazing! After so much consideration of the type of facility I would choose for my mom, this place beats them all. I was given a referral list from “A Place For Mom,” and Valley Vista just stood out among them. The amenities can’t be beat, and so far the staff that I’ve met are so accommodating and friendly. I’m so happy to have been referred here and looking forward to hearing about all the activities and trips that my mom will be able to participate in with a group of her own peers.

Although we were unable to make the move from Florida to California and Valley Vista due to medical complexities, we were served well by the sales and marketing assistant at Valley Vista. She was very congenial, helpful and informative as we explored different retirement options in Los Angeles, Calif. Not only did she interact well with us via phone and email, she also met in-person with our daughter and her family who already live in L.A. Our daughter reported that the sales and marketing assistant was terrific! If our situation happens to change, Valley Vista is near the top of our list in large part because of the way we were treated by the staff.

The [community] is absolutely wonderful, warm and welcoming to residents and guests. A lot of amenities, such as the library, lounge, cafe, piano entertainment area and lovely outside patio. The staff and caretakers are friendly and have a great rapport with residents, making them feel right at home.

I have known Benny for many years and her bubbly, positive and super friendly demeanor is contagious. She has hired my entertainment company to perform for the residents and always goes above and beyond to make sure the residents enjoy themselves. My team and I have performed at several senior living homes and this by far is the best and most beautiful!

Our father was one of the first occupants, and since day one, they have taken incredible care of our him. The executive director and his colleagues are fantastic. Highly recommend!
